fucking only made 45 bucks, doubled up on a set of 4's early and then just couldn't hit anything all night, wen't card dead for awhile. Probably only won 3 hands total.
I have a question (this happend to me, felt like a real dickhead after the fact) I went out of turn on the rivver, it was just me and another guy, as soon as the river hit i threw out a 25 dollar bet, the dealer then brought it to my attention that i went out of turn and returned my bet, the guy studies awhile, studies some more, and then throughs out a 25 dollar bet (thinking he was just calling) so then i went over the top and pushed. some said it was okay because the dealer returned my bet, some said it shoudl have stayed out there and it's his turn to act. he got pretty pissed off after i fliped over my set . he then did the same thing 4 hands later, maybe to spite who knows.. live is pretty intense, when i had that set and 3/4 of my 300 chips were in the pot, i could definately feel the vein in my neck just throbbing, anyone know how to help this?

fix a spot on the table, think about sexy women or some totally unrelatated subject to poker like you should call this friend and hook up for a drink or something
the only thing that changes and I know is when on a bluff and unsure the other will fold (cause when I'm sure vilain will fold, I don't have any tell) if I start to think I'm bluffing, I'll try to control my breathing but even then, it's not THAT bad. I think I I'm overthinking this though cuz it ain't that bad... you really have to look at me very very closely for that because usually my head is down after a big move in a pot I look away and always wear a cap when I play

play more live... you have to get use to it. Try not to think of everyone as strangers to be "scared" of, and realize they they are either donks or think they're the best poker player that lived. Either way, they are just people. I chat quite a bit even at new tables to help myself relax and others to humanize me. Think about it like you're at a game with a buch of buddies. Oh, and did I mention play more live to get use to it?
