Default Frustration is mounting

I need some psychological help..

Ive been going to the casino for quiet some time now,, and occasionally i come out a winner, my problem is, the suck outs.

I cant stand them, I sit down at the table play by the book, I play tight

then after 34 minutes of waiting i get Ac-Qc suited everyone limps to me on the button i raise 2-4x the big blinds.. i get 2 callers

the flop is 2h-Qs-7h, they check to me i bet the pot, one folds 1 calls,

Turn is 6c, he goes all in, I call, the river is a Kh,, I show my AQ, he flips over 9h,3h I loose all my money.

and this is how my night normally ends (every single time i loose all my money to a donkey suckout) Am i not mixing up my game inof and im raising to much and i playing to much(i play 2-3 days a week), I try to go home and say well Like the book says, over the long run I cant loose money playing Tight/Agrresive,, but then the reality that i lost 500$ a week sinks in.. and i feel like kicking stuff around my house, Then i say to my self OK im going back tommorow and making my money back.. SAME results loose my money to a suck out.

any advice or tips to deal with this kind of situation?

Always play your best game. I find when I am tired or lost 2-3 buy ins I am not playing my best game. Take a break if you need to.

You might want to look at your game some more if you're playing like your example, where you're calling a shove with top pair on a board with a possible flush, and you don't have any of it. IMO at least.

There was no flush. Two hearts, a spade and a club.

Tough luck. I would've raised like 5-6x BB if every player limped in front of me.

You played +EV technically. I am just surpised you called his All-In with just a top pair. Unless you were pot committed, or you KNEW he was on a flush draw, you played it bad. IMO
