Small sample size.
I find it tough to believe that playing those stats you are not good enough to beat NL10.
Try to vary your openeing hands alot more by position though.
Your PF raise is fairly standardised across all positions, I would literally be raising 3x as many hands when folded to on the button than when I am UTG.

Yeah you need to have your LP raising range way wider than EP. I think mine goes from 11 UTG to 32 or something OTB.

That should raise the att to steal % as well.

My fold bb to steal is 88, maybe you're defending blinds too much and ending up playing too many pots OOP?

But yeah, still a small sample.

No such thing as "being folded to on the button" at NL10.

7k hands could easily be a downswing period. Play a little more selectively aggressive (pick on players who you see playing weak), don't defend blinds unless you have monsters, and have a wider range as you get later in position. Could also try loosening up a tad, to like 20/15 level. That way people have a harder time knowing if you actually have a strong hand or not.
