I am now rating PokerWorld much lower on my list. I had signed up for a tournament, and shortly after, the site went down for several hours (I tried repeadedly to reconnect). I was never refunded my money, and after contacting their live technical support, I was told to contact an e-mail. I e-mailed this e-mail explaning what happened, and never received a response.
