Default Reload/ Newbie bonus 50%@ $200

No its not spam....

Golden Tiger Poker - part of the Prima network has just put in place a 50% bonus to $200. You can have it if even if you're a member of Gaming Club etc.

I three tabled there for a couple of hours - you need a certain number of raked hands to get the bonus BUT a raked hand counts at ANY limit (like Party). I cleared about 1/7 of the hand requirement to get the bonus in those two hours. You have until 2010 (five years) to get the hands

It looks like Prima are getting more competative - the software's a bit better than it was last week when I played on GC.

Cashing in/out seems less arduous in Golden Tiger than it does in GC (where they need your passport, credit card photcopy, permission to sleep with your wife etc)

The games are very, very soft and the traffic is very good (6000+ players as I speak). In my view this is an easy $200....

Default rakes hands

You need 1000 for the full bonus.. I did 150 in two hours playing three tables...

Default Terms and conditions..

Interesting wording of in the terms and conditions of nearly all the Prima sites I checked for this type of bonus: This is a copy and past with bits highlighted

"In the event that you have not made a deposit at this or any other PokerRewards member poker room, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the PokerRewards network, regardless of the individual poker room offering the sign up bonus"

This is a double negative..lol. The literal translation of this attempt at English is:

"In the event that you have made a deposit at this or any other PokerRewards member poker room, you may redeem more than one sign up bonus within the PokerRewards network, regardless of the individual poker room offering the sign up bonus".

Now as there are about 20 Prima rooms all offering similar type bonuses (there are more rooms but the bonuses aren't all great).. I might find myself playing Prima a lot... until the lawyers catch up with me....

Interestingly this bonus has moved up to $250 at 50% inthe last day...

Default bad things

me too..
I played GC for 8 months - no real problems... Looking through the Prima central site they seem to have a range of bonus on each of their skins. I think they are doing some sort of testing... to see what type of bonus actually works.. Some bonus's on some skins are ludicrously difficult where as theres one at $300 for 1000 raked hands..

I'll reoort back when I've cleared it... 1/5 of the way there

I played on GC for a bit and made a successful cashout or two. The games are pretty easy but the software is horrible. I'd get DC'd once an hour. I've heard it's gotten better recently so maybe deme can report on that.

I was on The Gaming Club for about a month because of a great deposit bonus. I liked the site, but it wasn't as good as UB or PS and that's when I was a 100% gung ho PS guy. I'm a little pissed off at them because I want to play that College Poker Championship on Royal Vegas, but I forgot which email address I used to register and their support won't tell me which one that I used. They have a lot of information on me that I can verify, but they still won't do it and they don't allow multiple accounts on one IP address.

I'm moving in the next couple of days, so I'm gonna re-register on Royal Vegas so I can play those tournies.

Anyone here play those? How are they? There's a friend of mine on MySpace who loves it.

Default The end

Just completed this bonus.- I was playing Party at the same time so I only ever had four tables at Golden Tiger open at a time for two hours a session.. The poker rewards scheme immediately credited my account for $200 .. and there's a further $30 on offer for 500 more raked hands.

This is comparable to any Party bonus - games are soft but I must admit that the software (which I set up in 'mini-view' to use) began to annoy me.. The timeout is a bit quick if you're doing 8 tables.

The games are very soft at .10/.20 my AA was called for a $25 all in by an AT (cracked me) and a 77 ( cracked me). Flop entries are high. If I get used to the software I'll be very comfortable at 0.25/0.5 (more tables) 0.5/1.. It was only the software that stopped me moving up.

Will I keep playing here at GT?...hum....I'll probably keep the money there as reload bonus's might happen at Multi, Empire, PNow (assuming it doesn't die!) and the extra $30 and soft games make it attractive.

For those of you working out the PS bonus (and who have done
the Party skins) you might go this way.... for a short time anyway..

With more deposit bonuses and such, PokerWorld has a nice 50% deposit bonus which is pretty easy to clear, there's a cap of 500 raked req hands on a $100 max bonus.
