Poker Mentor
My name is Phil Kepper
I am a retired poker player turned poker mentor from Sydney Australia.
My wife made me quit playing last year, leaving me unable to play poker full time.
It is very rare that I am able to play.
So I decided to pass my knowledge onto others.
I have decided to take 5 poker players under my wing to teach them how to become a world class poker player.
Background information about me:
I am 67 years old and have been playing poker for 35 years full time.
I have cashed in over 100 poker tournaments all over the globe, including the WPT and WSOP.
The largest cash game I have ever played in was at "Bobby's Room" or the "Big Game" several times, playing against players such as Barry Greenstein, Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu, Sammy Farha, and many more.
At the moment I have 2 poker players who I am currently training, and have room for only 3 more.
In terms of prices, I have no set price at which to charge you, we can negotiate that stuff later.
But no payment will be in excess of $500, and there will never be any more than 1 payment.
I would prefer you had some poker experience with which to work with, but if you are a beginner, thats ok too.
I will train you extensively for 6 months by watching you play live (online) and talking to you live step by step on and IM program in both tournaments and cash games. We will discuss both during the game and after the game, analyzing your play extensively.
If you miss out this time, don't worry, positions will be open again in 6 months time.
Again there are only 3 more places left, so the quicker you apply the more chance you will have of becoming my next poker protege.
Instant message me to apply.

Frankly if you played poker that long, I'm not sure you do know about the latest developments in tournament poker. The game has evolved dramatically on a strategic level in the past years.
The one-time fee is also suspicious, it is very unusual to charge a one-time fee for coaching.

I didn't find anything when I searched for Phil Kepper in the Hendon mob or Cardplayer database.

Phil Kepper is legend among legends.
At the age of 9 he went fishing w/ his dad. As the two slept in the tent, a bear approach. Kepper preceded to scare the bear away using a stick, a deck of cards, and a thing called bravery.
At the age of 16 the kid was playing poker full time. A master at holdem, Kepper would frequently expose his cards preflop and go all in. No one ever called him, that is how feared he was.
At the age of 21 Kepper began playing tournaments, he once cashed in 36 strait tournaments, winning 29 of them. The 7 that he did not win were because they were played on Sundays, and due to Kepper's religion, he had to observe Shabbos.
At the age of 45, after millions of dollars of success, Kepper began playing the WSOP under a false alias, he cashed in many events, however never won any. Many atribut this to his lost in interest.
Recently Kepper, under a new alias, has been playing the WSOP, EPT, and WPT, cashing in hundreds of the events around the globe.
A legend among legends, a legend among legends.
