Default Sets

According to pokertracker, since ive started using it ive had 177 pocket pairs, and just 11 sets.
Now i cant remember the probability of flopping a set but this a little low isnt it?

Yes it is low but it's also a small sample size. I think you could expect on average to flop closer to 20 sets every 177 hands.

It's around 20% to take a PP to the river and hit a set. I think it's about 10.5% (something like that anyway) to flop a set.

You're stats don't seem too off, as jharding said it needs a bigger sample size.

After being dealt a pocket pair, the probability of:

-Flopping a set or better - 7.5/1 (11.8%)
-Making a set or better by the river - 4.2/1 (19%)

I realised after i posted that i made a stupid mistake because not all my pocket pairs even see a flop seeing as i open raise any pair.
