Default WTF is wrong with me... Degenerate Story Inside

OK, I'm starting to realize im a hopeless degnerate gambler... 3x now I have built a nice bankroll for a 20 yr old.... and 3x now I have pissed it all away in one day. 2x on Stars I turned like 200-300 dollar deposits into ~1500 bucks via months of grinding the micros and a couple big donkament cashes only to lose it all playing waayyy over my head. ($2-300 SNG's)
Last night I lost 1300USD on FTP, I deposited $600 there on the 12th of January, and I grinded 1/2 and 2/4 LHE. I played well, and I played smart... I took a couple sick beats last night, so I moved up to 3/6 HU to chase... Great idea, another 120 bucks gone... The next thing I did was absolutely mind boggling I took my entire remaining BR ~900 to a HU 5/10 NL Cash Table and lost it all on a coinflip.
I'm so sick of fucking myself over via stupid chasing and I don't know how to stop it, I don't think I can play online poker anymore though...
I'm going to seek professional help before I do something really fuckin stupid like lose my life savings or kill myself...
Nigel.

I do the same thing. I seem to have 2 talents.

1. Build a BR using solid play and discipline.
2. Lose the same BR playing loose and lacking discipline.

I have turned $25 deposits to 3-400 on a few occasions and lost in all in 2-3 days. It all seems to be stemmed to inpatience and lack of discipline. I say if I turned $25 in to $300 I should be able to turn $300 in to $1000 no problem. I play very loose aggressive and donk it all way. Poker is about patience. I patiently build and impatiently piss it away. I feel ya bro. I won $40 in a freeroll and got $120 coming from rakeback. I am going to try my best to keep my promise to myself to be disciplined with it and think long term not short term.

i've ran into same problems.. i get to a point where i'm working so hard to just make 2-300 dollars and then i start to get greedy and move up when my bankroll isn't ready, then lose and tilt a bit cause i worked so hard for that money and now i have to put in more hours to make the money back i lost for being stupid...it becomes frustrating cause you want it to come faster.. i want to play in the 10/20 tomorrow if i could(i watched sum rich chick blow 5000$ in one sitting today at the 10/20), but i can't and my pass couple of poker session have been shit.. COLD fucking DECKs and soft tilting a bit.. then after i'm thinking 'that was stupid' now i have to put in more hours to get back to where i was..Patients and self disicpline are the two most important issues when building and maintianing a bankroll. I'm finding that this shit isn't easy money, its fucking hard work and you experience emotional highs and lows you wouldn't with a regular job..now i know why the call it grinding its a slow grind..no get rich quick stories here..if you don't feel you can put in the time and hours and self dicispline you need to try your hand at sumthing else other then poker..
