Default 1st Time to Las Vegas tomorrow

New to the forum....and I am headed to Las Vegas for the first time tomorrow, just wondering if anyone can give me some advice as to where a few good low blind (2-5, etc.) no-limit holdem' games are, as well, where would most of the tourist (easy money) play? Thanks in advance.

Anybody here ever been to Las Vegas, or is this just a forum for online gambling?

The best games for me were 8/16 at Bellagio and Wynn...

I wrote a review on Las vegas poker rooms after my trip. you can read that.

even if you don't read my reviews,

My advice is try to play at the strip rather than downtown (even thought there are some good games here n there)...

Strip is more filled with tourists. I also made the mistake of (first time i went to vegas) getting a hotel in downtown. It ended up costing me more (than getting a nice hotel on strip) for taxi fees and stuff

Thanks for your help Nima, from the review it looks like I should be playing at Ceasars. I am staying at the Flamingo, by someone elses choice, but Ceasars is only accross the street so I should be ok.

Be sure to check out the WYNN and VENETIAN. They have very good atmosphere and good soft 2-5 NL games.

When I went back during wsop, my fave was the WYNN. I played 2-5 NL mainly, buying in for $500, and would reguarly walk out with $2,000 in 5-6 hrs.

I liked the wynn a lot too, it was definitly the nicest casino...

But there were more locals (some people told me it was because the parking lot was right beside the poker room and was easier for locals to come - and avoid the strip's traffic)

Ya, the WYNN was my fave...I especially liked the Ferrari Dealership right next to the poker room

How sweet it would be to win 150k in the poker room and walk right over and pick up that red machine waiting to be unleashed.

Btw...from what I heard from the Dealers working at several casinos, most "regulars" play at the Bellagio...that's where you'll find the toughest games I'd assume.
