We can say its good and bad. On one hand, it will prolly get better ratings and more publicity for the show. On the other hand, PBrat will probably never play P.A.D. again and could influence other players to not play.

between high stakes poker and poker after dark i want to KILL PHIL. He is such a douch bag and one of the worst NL holdem players there. I respect Barry Greenstein and Jonny Chan and the ppl who just shut the fuck up and play some good poker and occasionally have a little conversation. Phil is starting to get annoying..

Are you serious? Sure he can be a douch bag every now and then (hence the nickname) but he is one of, if not the best NLHE tournament around.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

key word "tounrnament". high stakes poker is a cash game and poker after dark is pretty much just a satillite. He'll never be good enough to play in the big game. Him and mike the mouth.

Is it officially against the rules to talk when someone is thinking about a hand or is it just bad etiquette?

I know that. I'll have to listen to it again but I didnt think Shekhan said anything specific about the hand.

Default Everyone's a Jerk This Time

Sheikhan's a jerk, Phil's a jerk (suprise!), and this time, really everybody except annie duke were jerks too. But the bottom line is that phil happened to be right. No, he didn't handle it well, and that's why I was laughing my ass off the whole time!

And of course, it makes good TV which is why they blew over 10% of the episode showing that one hand
