Default help with neteller
I got a Visa Gift Card (Pre-Paid Debit) for my birthday, was wanting to put this onto neteller acount and use for poker. When I try to put i on neteller it says the actions is restricted by my bank? It just seems weird because the person who bought for me asked if I could use it for neteller, bank said yes...Anyone had a problem like this?

I know BOA and Wachovia don't allow it.
