Need somebody with certified Neteller

Hi,

I'm looking for somebody with a certified Neteller (as opposed to uncertified) account. Mine is Uncertified so TheGamingClub cannot send me money.. if yours is certified, could you do me a favour and I'd have them send you $310 into your NETeller account, then could you PayPal me $290? (You keep $20 for your troubles).

what do you mean by certified? I have been able to withdraw with mine.

I just signed up for my Neteller account, and it didn't ask me to do anything to certify it.

How do I know if my Neteller account is certified?

After logging in, on the right side it should say either Certified or Uncertified... to be certified you have to have your bank tied with them..

Kid I believe that if I recieve your money I could then send it to you through neteller, your account doesn't need to be certified to do acount to acount transfers. I believe.

If you want to look into it a little and find out I'd do it for free, you don't have to give me $20.

If not I can send it from neteller to your PS account. either way I'll do it for nada.
