just in case...

both hands were 8888A, which were all on the board. There were no cards in the deck except maybe a joker ( ) that could improve on quad 8's with an A kicker.

I guess UTG+1 thought UTG had that illusive fifth 8. lol.

Yes I saw that, that's why I said without the ace kicker (on the board!) it would be more difficult. If it were like 8888K.

Of course he was a donk to fold. Like McJ says he prolly thought his opponent had the 5th eight.

Actually that's what made it so funny. pamb11 was acting fast all tourney to that point, but requested TIME after the push. After a bit, I was thinking that maybe because we're so deep stacked, showing his/her cards was more detremental than the little amount to pick up in the pot. But pamb11 was playing so bad with no reason for anything that I won't give him/her that much credit.
