hi there i play on party poker from time to time ... one day i deposit 100 dolars and i lost them ...so i deposit another 100 dolars and from that 100 dolars i made 400 to a table so moved to another ...there from 400 i made 900 dolars.... so i sow that one of the players from the first table was playing very bad and was bluffing all the time so i catch him... the other day i came to enter to the site my account was closed...i call them afther i wait 15 min sending me from a departament to another one girl telling me that they have the prove that 3 nicks opened their account so i can win from them... but i reconized 2 of them one was on a table and the other one was to other table... but i won the money corectlly and that iddiont on the phone tolled me that i will recive an email from them with detail...passed 10 days and i didnt recive at least the email where they say my account is closed...this is unbealiveable... olso that night i cassed out some money 400 dolars ...i have the approve and that id ticket where i must send it? couse no money recived ... was on pending and approved it...but no money....
please anybody can help me??? what can i do????

Keep Emailing them and bugging them about it. Give them any proof you have and ask them why your account was closed. Usually persistence pays of in these things.

My account was frozen about a month and a half ago because of a transfer from a fraudulent account. They investigated me and I got my account back with all of the money minus what was in that transfer in a little over 3 weeks.

If you're clean, you'll get everything back.

If not, you'll lose it.

I'm happy it happened and happy that PartyPoker takes multi-accounting seriously. I was pissed off and going crazy at the time (as Steve can confirm from our 8AM conversation with me still up from the night before). All's well that end's well, though and if you're clean, you'll get your shit back. Send them whatever they ask you to send them and do what they say will take to get your money back. If they give you no options, then they've confirmed that you're dirty.

It's really that simple.

In the good old days internet poker was for MEN.. we had multiple accounts.. internet poker WAS rigged... small, barely legal poker rooms would go off with your money... and bonus whores made millions...

Times have changed.. everything is now legal (except in the USA..).. the accountants have taken over . and legal auditors are everywhere.... Rooms are worried about ID theft and in England. poker is now almost a mandatory part of the ciriculum at secondary school level...

To some ppls eyes (i.e mine) poker is less risky now..its now a grind against a load of fish and the rooms are harder to exploit.. Party poker now seem to tailor bonuses to individuals (in particular NOT me).. everything is cleaner than a Doris Day movie...

Had to deal with frozen accounts more then once.

As alex said, if ur clean, u WILL get ur money back, if ur not, you WILL NOT get ur money back. They have very strict (but with good reason) rules and there is NO way to get around them, or holes to slip through. Once ur account is frozen aswell, it will not be re-opened usually without sending them a scan or fax of ur ID card (sent to e-fax@paypro.com).

As long as u are 100% legit, it will work out fine
