I recently joined this site and deposited £100

I play a few tournamnets finshed about level for the evening so I logged off

The next day I tried to log into my account and it said that they had diabled my account for security reasons. I contact them by e-mail and they said I had to ring them. Im in the UK mind. So i replied and said no i will contact by e-mail what is the problem and they wont tell me. Basically I have lost my money as I have tried contacting them by phone but cannot get through and they wont give me my money back. I think its disgusting treating new customers like this

DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY AT THIS SITE there was no reason at all for disabling my account I have also reported this

I find the best way to get a big site's attention is to start telling the media about how they're treating you. They'll smarten up real fast.

this is normal for many sites..

About 20% of the time a site will do a security check and require you to telephone or send further information. -It usually doesn't cost.

If the sites don't do this they can be culpable for underage gambling and vulnerable to ID theft.

Relax.. Titan is big enough to sort it out..
I remain surprised at just how security concious these sites actually are - to my mind there are very lax...

Titan is the only customer service I have dealt with. When the PF freerolls were being conducted on there, my gf and I both signed up.

Well, we just happened to be on the same router, and 20 min before the start time they disabled my account. I called them up, explained the situtation and they let the both of us play, as long as only one account deposited money if we chose to do so.

I had to do this with 1,000$ frozen on Mansion. I waited on the line for 15minutes and finaly straitened it out. you are a dumbass for being impatient. Titan has no reason to screw you b/c its bad for them.
