Pokerstars Money Transfer

For reasons I won't bore you with, I can't make a deposit through my bank account, or some third party (netseller/firepay). I was wondering if I could transfer like 25-50 dollars to somebody through paypal, and once that arrives they could send me the same amount through Pokerstars.
