ok i actually just read it.

All they are trying to do is block credit cards from being able to fund accounts.

Who cares?

Do u know how easy it is to get around that?

i think thats just the press' incomplete summary, some other place stated they were trying to block bank transfers ( i assume paypal falls in that category)

Wrong. Sorry dude, but poor reporting is typical and very dangerous here. Check the legislation section on 2+2 for the real scoop.

Frist can't seem to remove the holds on the actual legislation so he is trying to get the language added to the DOD Authorization Bill. This is dirty politics at its finest. Each and every red blooded American who enjoys playing online needs to call their Senators and express their objections to this tactic in addition to stating their objection to the legislation in general.

Bury your head in the sand if you wish, but don't bitch when they block the money flow and the game dries up.
