Actually not as bad as I thought. $30 buy in, up to three $10 rebuys, and a $20 add-on. $80 max.

Okay, someone convince me I should play in this (or the 2/4 live game they have, I guess) considering that 1) I've never played live, and 2) I've never played a MTT.
Do I have any reason at all to believe that I won't go there , plunk down $80, and be starting the hour drive back home about 10 miunutes after the break (or even bust out before the break)?

Would rather spend that time holding a crying baby?
80bucks for 3 hours peace - sounds like a deal to me.

I might like to go to this...I live in Louisville, so it's not too far to go. I know I'm a n00b around here, but it might be fun to meet some of the forum regulars. Plus, you pros can all tell forum stories for the next year about how horrible I am
If anyone lives near me, we could even carpool...
Anyone?

Lol - I guess that's one way to look at it. Count on Beavis to have, shall we say, a unique perspective on things.
