Anyone ever suffered from repetative strain injury due to poker.

My mouse arm really aches, I think I need to unplug for a while.

Any idea how to treat this or avoid getting it?

Pick up a fingermouse. I use one for my laptop and one for my desktop. Only thing the sucks is that I had to adapt to using my ring finger to type in bets, but I got used to it in less than a week. They're about $20.

i misclicked on my laptop for $300, so i went out and bought the nicest mouse i could find.

but no. however i do find it pretty bad to sit in front of the comp all day, so i try to excersise once a day and stuff. imo that helps me.
