Neteller question

I withdrew $700 into my neteller account...is there a reason it's only showing $630???

However - I can make a guess thats it's for the same reason as last time you posted this.

Namely that you made a deposit of $630 and can't withdraw above this until you have been credit checked.

No fees. check the receipts the site gave you (email/web page..... you do save those right?) Make sure you typed in the rigt amount. It's most likely what Wota said

Is there anyway I can open a Neteller account without having a Social?

Although i live in the US I am English and am here on a Student Visa which means I have no social. I wonder if I would be able to open one as a UK resident, which technically I still am, and just give my old UK adress, but then I dont know if Id be able to assign my US bank account to it, very annoying!

Anyone wanna open one on my behalf?

I see no reason you can't open a UK Neteller account linked to a US bank account.
