I did the same thing a couple weeks ago, 2 weeks without playing a SINGLE game.... Read alot, thought about all my "bad beats" beat myself up over all my "stupid ass plays" that I thought were "bad beats" and got a whole new outlook on my game. Then I redeposited $100 and ran it up to $1k in a couple weeks and took some back out.. You have to do it sometimes bro...

My advice to you would be the same. If you don't have PT, GET IT. If your playing over your roll, STOP. Find something your comfortable playing, LEARN IT and play it hard. That's how I built my BR the first time then I got away from it and pissed it all away. Went back to basics and got it right back..

I fucking HATED 'stars for the longest time.. The place is a fucking goldmine, you just have to pick your vein... I usually only play certain MTT tournies, certain sats, and at certain times, and they are MY tournies... I have a very, very good ROI%, and a very, very good ITM% in them...

Play the shit out of some $1.50 turbo SnG's and learn strategy and fuck the micro limit fish tanks for now or get disciplined at micro and move up. Every once in awhile take $10 up to .10/.25 and play airtight and watch and learn.. The only thing most people learn at micro is bad play because it's just too cheap to not play cards. Either play more disciplined 'till you can move up, or move up and MAKE yourself learn. There's times I've sat at $100nl for 5-6 hours at a time breaking even just to see different play at higher levels.

Take your break, but use it to do some reflection and you'll be much better off....
