I opened a
Bodog account yesterday and placed a deposit into my account. The money has left Neteller and it shows that it has been accepted by
Bodog on their site, however my balance is showing as $0 and I am unable to join any games.
This same thing hapened a few months ago when I tried to join
Bodog. I exchanged several emails with their support, but it was all quite vague. The told me it's a bug which affects some people and don't worry your money hasn't been lost. They wouldn't confirm whether I could or could not play with it.
I thought the bug may have ben fixed now but it appears not. Has anyone had similar problems? How di you resolve them?
