Default Question about bad beats

Do you find you get more against worse players?

The reason I ask is that since I have started to play at paradise poker I have had tons of bad beats, I have also won more than on any other site, I seem to have wild swings of bad beat after bad beat and then winning 3 out of 4 STTs.

you can not take a bad beat if you have the worse hand, you prolly wont see better players always getting their money in with the worst hand, so yes bad beats are mostly given by bad players

Sklansky talks about this. When you play tight-agressive poker you will be sucked out on and suffer more bad beats because statistically you are the one with the best hand pre-flop and often even all the way to the river. By playing aggressively, you are not giving a good player the odds to call for his gutshot draw or bottom pair etc. However, a bad player doesn't know what odds are, nor does he care. So yes a tight player will suffer many more bad beats, simply because he started with the best hand many more times than the fish.
