At Stars if you win a satellite to a WPT event, WSOP event etc and unregister you get credited with $W. They can be used to enter other satellites to special events.

you should expect to get about $640 for it... thats the current exchange rate for selling it from cashmanbrian.com

got $536.25 for 650 in W$
