it really depends on what stakes you plan on playing and how busy they are, thursday's really vary for some weird reason. Go as early as you can or as late as you can to avoid the waits.
The 2/4 and 4/8 have enormous waitlists but also have an incredible turnover rate so the wait isn't too bad. 10 minutes to an hour (I'm guessing on this based on observation and what my friends who play 4/8 say)
5/10 has really long waitlists as well and depending on foxwoods moooood they will have anywhere from 2-10 tables of it, so sometimes you have to wait hours to get into a game.
10/20-40/80, the waitlists are generally shorter but the turnover is less. usually within an hour
the $100 and $300 NL has an enormous turnover rate and is pretty easy to get into. Generally no more than 15 minutes or so, as long as it isn't packed. I often put my name on these lists and sit until the game I want is available.
One thing, don't put your name on a list and go eat, if they call you and you're not there you're fucked and have to start all over at the bottom. Hopefully it won't be too busy when you go, sometimes around the tournaments it's a nightmare with 4 hour waits.
