Default Inflated numbers online

It is interesting how inflated alot of rooms numbers seem to be. I ran accross a link to this site pokerscout that counts the number of occupied seats at real money cash games online and the numbers are really, really low compared to what are reported when you log onto a site.

Granted alot of players play tourneys, and Stars/Party both have alot of play money players.

Sites like Absolute seem really low, they have a peak of about 1000 seats occupied, that is probably less than 300 players, yet they have 12000 people logged in or playing.

Just some interesting stuff. Kind suprised that fulltilt is as big as it is, same with iPoker. Guess I'll have to hit those networks up a bit .

pokerpulse.com also measures stats. Or at least it used to. Havent been there in a while. I think AP inflates their numbers intentionally. There are never any good games there, and with the crappier bonus structuure they have now, they really killed the games.

You couldn't PAY me 5 bb/100 to play at absolute limit tables. It is like watching paint dry.
Although if you want to artifically get your steal % up, just go there. I think I could steal >80% at 1-2 and 2-4 there if I tried.
