Default So, I tripled my BR last night...

It was my sons B-day last night and I had a HUGE fight with my wife so I went to work and played cards all night.... I actually almost quadrupled it, but donked some away on a $24 tourney and I blew $30 because I hit a wrong button and called a monster raise instead of folding...

My basic premise has been trying to build a big BR ala "Jesus Ferguson" and started back down with $80 after cashing out $400 of my BR and playing mostly .05/.10 and after my bad night and NO sleep in 36hrs I got brave and played .50/$1.00 for a bit and took a couple of monster pots that certainly didn't hurt the cause. The way I was playing about 5:30 this morning I TRIED to give away $50 when I ran QA into a well disguised KK on the turn when I caught the Q and caught the case Q on the river...

But so far so good and my BR is now up to $260 which isn't too bad for one day.. I'm going to grind out at the bottom limits and mix up one table of .10/.25 for good measure when multi-tabling..

The one big thing though I'm doing is not buying in short-stacked because three times I've caught monsters in my first or first couple of hands and almost doubled up my $10 where the extra buy-in made a HUGE difference!!
