Hi there,

New to this netteller thing - i have some money in my Party accoun that i want to move to Stars - can i transfer it to netteller and that transfer it from there to Stars?

Also if i can do that how long does it take to credit the netteller account when you withdraw it from Party?

Withdraw from Party to Neteller takes around 2-6 hours (very fast). Some sites take days.

You are then free to transfer it to Stars or anywhere else you wish as soon as it ha cleared.

I think I've seen others mention that you have to make a deposit from Neteller before you can make a withdrawal back to it.

Not first-hand experience, though.
