ITM & ROI% stats for MTT and S&G's. -What's good?
Ok, question here guys. I've been searching for some info on this and haven't found alot. If anyone has any links to info or any personal insight on the subject I'd like to hear it.
Right now, for the first time, I've stopped playing cash games online for awhile and I'm focusing on my tournament game in both MTT and S&G's. I'm doing ok and even got a final table finish in a $6 MTT at Party. We ended up chopping when it got down to the final 3 and I split 2nd place with another guy who had almost the same chip stack as I did. Anyway, I'm keeping up with all my stats in PokerTracker and I'd like to get a handle on what is a good ROI% and ITM% for long term play. I realize that making any + return is good but obviously there has to be an ideal bottom number for those stats and higher is always better.
Any thoughts?

ITM doesn't matter (though it's interesting to monitor) it's ROI that counts -
SnGs 10% is ok, 15% not bad 20% good 25% excellent
(I'm pulling these figures out of my ass by the way)
MTTs are all about big wins, ROI is kind of irrelevant when one extra place can mean over 100 buyins.

Return On Investment. A 10% ROI means that for every $1 you "invest" in a Sng, you come back with $1.10.

Maybe it's been while, but I was sure there have been posts like this in the past, and as a matter of fact, there have been a few posts (that KiD) started that include posting your ROI within 10 SNG's to see where you sit amongst those in pf.org (for those who participated). Try searching for anything on the site prior to this post?

Thanks guys.
Diggler, I did a search and didn't find anything useful. I just did another search and found a post about S&G ROI% where KiD had responded but I didn't find alot of useful info. Some people gave their stats but I'm less interested in what a random person has and more interested in what a realistic goal is. I'll keep looking though.
Go Fish, Party has an option now that allows you to pause the game and enter into an agreement window to talk about how to divide up the money when you reach the final table. Wait.....where you asking how much money I got or how we actually able to it?lol Either way.....Party's little chop option didn't freaking work. It was 2:20 am, there were 3 of us and only the chip leader can input the amounts and finalize the deal. He was entering the amounts we agreed on and me and the other guy could see the amounts and they were correct. However, the Party software kept kicking it back saying the amounts he entered where more than the total prize pool, which they weren't. So then he intentionally left some extra money out of the payouts and it still wouldn't accept it. So if we wanted a chop we only had one option.... play it out, while openly colluding and the first and 2nd place finishers do a trasnsfer to the 3rd place man to make the money match our agreement. I was nominated to be the 3rd place finisher. Sooooo, I had to trust that these two guys would send me the money they promised. One of them did it immediatly so there was no risk but the other guy didn't have enough in his account to send me until it got paid for the tourney. So he paid me right after and there was no problem. I had to trust them but they both seemed like really nice guys. It worked out in the end.
As for the split, I had 310,000, another guy had 300,000 and the huge chip leader had over 2,500,000. The split was $979 for first, $550 for the other guy and $550 for me. I think it was fair for everyone. We were all very happy after having only paid $6 as an entry fee.

I've chopped on Party and the interface is fiddly and you have to account for every cent but it works. You can also leave some money to play out for.
The possible problem you had was that in allocating the %ages in the left hand side of the screen you have to also zero the right hand side, we got stumped on this for a minute when I did it.
Or possibly it was buggy.

Irexes, you may be right, it might have been like you said....we could have easily been making a mistake. It was frustrating for us all because, as you know, only the chip leader can control the window. He was confused and frustrated and we were frustrated because we couldn't really help him.lol It was a mess but we got a good laugh out of it. They give you 30 mins to make the deal and ended up running out of time and having to go back into the deal making window. And all that time was spent trying to make it work because we had all agreed on the split before we ever entered the dealmaking window. Who knows, it could have easily been our error.
Joe, I've never seen that site. Not sure I'd pay $15 but it could come in handy at times. Wish it worked for Party. I have very often used the PokerDataBase when playing against people in Party's MTT. You can learn alot in my opinion. If you are sitting across the table from a guy who has a long list of final table cashes, you know you can usually give him a little more respect than the fish next to you who has busted out of his last 100 MTT and never been in the money.lol Not saying it's a sure thing, just something to find out if you are sitting next to the Phil Ivey of online poker or not.lol
