My other half has just opened a new account on
Bodog. She has deposited money but was unable to access it so withdrew. She has now tried again and recieved this email when complaining.

To view your balances, please open the poker lobby, but do not use
the "Account Number" and "Password" fields to log in. Instead, please
click on the gray "Account & Preferences" tab at the top right-hand
corner, then select "My Account" and then log in. Your balances will
then show at the top of the poker lobby.
Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may
cause. We are aware of this issue and will resolve it in a future
software update. We thank you for your patience.

This seems to be saying we are sorry you cant use your money, don't worry it's still there and hopefully sometime in the future you will be able to play. Pretty poor don't you think? Anyone else had these issues?
