Great forum!

I'm curious as to which if any poker magazines every one reads. Personally I like Bluff magazine http://www.bluffmagazine.com It's better than Card Player (IMHO) CP seems to have the same articles month in and month out where as Bluff seems to always be one step ahead of all others with new info. this month's issue has a great article on the Andy Beal Vs. the Corporation match that was just held at the Winn.

i don't even read any poker magazines myself. i have read books (super system II, and helmuth's book), but magazines aren't my think. i might have to check out that site and see what i think...

There are tons of articles online and cardplayer has all its articles online.

I have the current issue of Bluff right now and while it is a decent magazine it has about half the content that CardPlayer does and by no means has the in depth, high level of thinking articles on poker theory that CardPlayer does, IMO. Again Bluff is good, but CardPlayer is awesome. Just my 2 cents, feel free to disagree.

Funny, I just reread the OP's comments and we described each magazine exactly opposite of each other.lol To each his own!

Yes but TXGuy you do not get paid by Bluff magazine to promote them on Poker Forums, maybe that's why.........

LOL! Actually I had said in my orginal reply that I thought his post was rather spammy and I went back and edited it out because I thought I was just jumping to conclusions. I couldn't imagine a magazine as big as Bluff paying a spammer to come post on a msg board, especially when it's a new guy with no reputation. I could very well be wrong though!

i am just curious how many people read either magazine. who cares if he's spamming, it seems like a topic worth discussing to me. are the magazines worth reading in your opinion? i am curious...
