wheres my UB bonus

I made my first deposit into UB last week and I never got my 1st depoisters bonus...anyknow about this??

I emailed em twice and still nothing...

do you know what to look for your bonus?

They have been really behind since they crashed, give them a few days.

ive given em 2 weeks now...

I guess i can wait some more..but 50% the reason i joined UB was for the 100% bonus so...if i dont get this, im cashin out.

where are you looking for it?

It shows up as a pending bonus. did you get any confirmation when you signed up?

post a screen shot of "My Account" and black out the important stuff.

You have to earn the bonus... the don't just give it to you, you need to play raked hands.

Speaking of which, UB jsut released a 100% upto $500 good until the 18th.

there is no pending bonus in my account.

from what I hear is...The ultimate points you win at a table...the moment you leave that game the UB points are automatically converted to bonus money.

and no i didnt get a confirmation mail or anything like that.

When you deposit, there was a check box to let you decide which if any bonii you could pick. just write to customer support and nicely ask that when you deposited, you did not get your first deposit bonus.

still have not recieved my bonus...

when i deposited thru firepay...i didnt have a checkbox for first time bonus or reload bonus...or anything like that...

I emailed UB 3 times now...no response...

anyone have any ideas?or thoughts?

Wait... the y will get to you... and if you didn't have any type of bonus confirmation window, then you didn't get one.
