Ive been a long time user of FT but recently tried 888 poker. Their play itself is alright, seems to be fair but I have some issues:
1. Their bonus system is dodgy as hell, they pretty much force you to pay for an extra bonus. i.e Deposit $20 and you get $20 bonus, however you then have to wager X amount (which ends up being alot). Basicly, you cant withdraw unless you win alot/wager alot.

I started with $60, recieved a $60 bonus(which never ever came). I then wanted to withdraw at $80 but was not allowed, I had to wager another $240ish in order to withdraw anything.This sucked but I thought hey, ill just play some more, maybe win some more. After meeting the wager requirements and bringing my bank roll to $400 I then wanted to withdraw.

This is were 2. comes in:

They only cashout with direct bank transactions, this would be fine but all the money is sent out in USD. In order for anyone to receive money in Australia from overseas banks, it must be sent out in AUD, so basicly, I cant withdraw this money....
The only other option I have is to try and send the money to a relatives bank account in the US and then transfer from there.

Sorry if this was a confusing post, but basicly what Im getting at is... dont use 888.

Thoughts and opinions? Any loop hole ideas on how to withdraw my money?

after 3 hours on the phone with their support, they worked it out all fine, not a bad site after all...

I know someone who went through something similar on their site. It's one of those things, as long as you contact them and spend time trying to retrieve your money back then all should be ok. I think they probably hope some people wont go to the lengths that you did. Quite a pessimistic view, but there are so many sites where their free bonus is complete crap. Well, not crap, just difficult to withdraw. Maybe thats just my personal experience though

Wow sounds like to much trouble just to make a withdraw I been on the phone for 3 hours before with Titan poker, but guess what I know longer use that site because its horrible.
