If you were to set up a service where people gave you money on Paypal and you transferred this money minus a certain % or set value on to a Poker Site would you get arrested?

The ods of getting arrested are fairly low I suppose, unless they want to make an example of you. However you would be breaking the same American law that the Neteller folks were arrested for.

Additionally, I'm quite sure that eventually the site would pick up on what you were doing and start resfusing the transfers as they would be assisting you in breaking the law.

I've transfered for a few people, making about $2-$5 per transfer, but since there is a small risk involved (maybe my poker site $$ confiscated and my account banned) I will only do sometimes and only for people who deserve it.

In addition to the above you would also have to worry about paypal. They can real nosey sometimes.

Paypal locked up Tyler's account temporarily because gambling sites were using it to pay for advertising, I think it was. They are extremely nosey (Translation: Looking for BS reasons to steal your money.)
