    Default playing from USA

    This is not tipical "OMG im from USA and i wanna play online poker" thread. I mean technicly it is but hear my problem.
    I am EU citizen (Serbia) with current residence in USA. Im interested in playing online poker mostly on Pokerstars.
    I already have pokerstars account that is registered in Serbia. All my deposits/withdraws are successfully done to my Serbian bank account. So at this point my pokerstars account has nothing to do with USA besides that i wanna play from here . Is it somehow posible to access pokerstars from fake IP or something like that? I do not intend to link any USA bank account or anything to my pokerstars acc. I dont see anything ilegal here so im guessing there must be solution.

    I would stay away from pokerstars. I'm currently in US, and these bastards refuse to pay up my 5k, because the US gambling law had recently changed. I doubt i can pursue legal actions against them, since they're not US based company.

    Hi Meetch,
    I dont assume there will be issues using your previous bank account.But Im not sure I can advise you on faking IP.Better is to look around for Legal Poker sites (as in USA) and enjoy playing without further workarounds.

    There are a few legal online us sites that can let you play poker. Try to find it out in other sources in order to help you out here. I just hope that in the future that there would be no more bans and to make it legalized in the long run.
