I know you didn't ask, but thought I'd give a couple thoughts on the hand.
Your flop bet is too small IMO -- I think a small pair (4, 9+) always peels and A high will too. I think you can bet like half pot. I c-bet the same amount.
I probably check or check/call river. A 9 (or similar pair) might call two streets, but won't call the river w/the A and Q IMO -- so you're only getting value from a worse Q, better Q, higher pair or A. Too many hands that beat you, and not enough that you have beat / can get value from.

I just shove here. Unless you have a rep for limp/folding or min-raise/folding (which few people do), you're better off getting it in with a little over 8 bigs. I shove wider than this too.
His shove w/the dead money is correct, even though he's gotta know he's flipping almost always. In fact, even if you open shove a call on his part isn't horrible, even though I could probably find a fold.
And fwiw -- I prefer to min-raise when antes kick in. I know a lot of people might argue this, but it's EXTREMELY profitable.

Yeah, I hear you -- it happens though. Maybe post some hands in the SNG section? I made a post asking for guys to upload some hands. You just need to put a few of your games (.txt files from Stars -- the kind that go into PT or HM) into a zip folder and upload it.
I'll take a look as soon as I can.
