Quick question for anyone with exp with this provider- how trustworthy are they?

Sent in the req. docs (CC copy, a form, ID, residence proof, etc) to have them tell me that the form must be handwritten (v. typing in the required into via Abode), that my address didn't match my proof of residence [changed the profile address to my current, foreign address...although it'd be in the local language anyway hence...]) etc etc. I told them to bugger off (though with my mind, so I'm not exactly sure how well the comment was received...)

Basically, should I put in the request for a new CC?

also, are there any poker site friendly money transfer providers that y'all here CAN recommend? [it seems that Paypal doesnt work with a good chunk of these sites...)
