Some close friends in the business have told me that on May 1st, Sportsbook and Players Only will stop accepting new US players. Apparently existing players will be fine. Will post a link as soon as I see something official. This news comes from reliable sources though.

So should we sign up right now or not at all?

If you sign up now you get to stay.

From what my sources are telling me (people in the poker affiliate industry) is that they will stop taking new US players on May 1st. Existing players get to stay. It's a temporary thing. I think it's more of a cool down thing. The sportsbooks like Bodog and Sportsbook don't want the poker traffic, they want to keep their processing clear for their sports bettors and casino players.

So I think that it will be temporary until things settle down. There is no official announcement for this other than their affiliate program sending out an email notice to webmasters.

If I get cut off from PlayersOnly it will be just my luck. I am a USA player, I have been playing online now since January. Was playing Freeroles on Pokerstars then got booted off and found PlayersOnly and have been playing there for a month or so. I am now finally ready to make my first deposit. How can I fund my PlayersOnly account, if it is still active after May first. Or... Can anyone please tell me where I can play online for real money while being in the USA. I know people are doing it I just need to be pointed in the correct direction so I can do it also.
