    Default Anyone play Doyles Room?

    Last summer I began playing at Doyles Room after playing for years on PS. PS was getting too frustrating to play at.

    Doyles was fine to play at. No problems ever.....until 28 Jan. Clicked the icon like always, and message came up there was a new version to download. I did that. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOG-ON SINCE!

    I've written numerous emails to 'support' and even waited for a 'live'--'specialist' for help.

    Every email from support tells me the same exact thing (type in username and type in password, ((which they changed by the way)).......and that does not work. They tell me it works for them, so I must be doing something wrong. I've wrote them that just because it works for them whereever they are, it does no work for me here where I am.

    I keep getting, from 28 Jan until yesterday, 'server can not authorize username or password'.

    all I did was download the new version!

    Very frustrating/maddening when 'support' can only offer the same suggestion that I've already told them.....do not work.

    They switched networks from Cake Poekr to Yatahay. Try unintalling your Doyles Software and reinstalling from scratch.

    Thanks. I tried that: same outcome. 'server can not authorize username/password'. Very strange. 'They' can log in to my account, but I can not.

    Does anyone have any contact info for Doyle himself or Todd? I gotta believe he would want to know what is going on with his site. The 'support' team at this new site is useless. I have emailed them over 12 times since 28 Jan and I get the same reply every time. No one has a clue! This is past being ridiculous. All I did was download the new program! I've played at Doyles since last Summer with no problems the support folks could not handle.
