Hello,
I need some help here. I have been playing on Full Tilt for a while, but I didnt appreciate their ways. So I asked for a refund of my money more then a month ago. So far nothing but mails asking me for copies of bankaccount and passport, BIC and IBAN of my bank. I send those copies about 5 times now, and every time I get a mail back stating they want something different or the format isnt right. (I would think they would use Windows 2007 to say the least...) Now I send it in JPEG format. I am at the end of my patience, I want my almost $ 6000,- dollar back. Any tips?
Thanks, Dementhor, The Netherlands

A few questions: First, what money do you want refunded to you and why? Is the money you want refunded money that you played with and lost? Or do you just want to cash out the money you currently have in your account? I am a bit confused by "refunded money."
I play a ton on Full Tlt and have never had any troubles with depositing or withdrawing my money up until one issue at the end of Decemember. I made 2 withdraws a few weeks apart. The 2nd withdraw went through in a few days, while the 1st withdraw was apparantly approved but never put into my account. I sent Full Tilt an email about this, and similiar to you, they asked for my bank account statements. I do online banking so I simply got a PDF of my statement for the month and emailed it to them. They investigated it with their 3rd party processors and the money got put into my account. So my experience with sending them statements and getting things cleared up was pretty straightforward.
Good luck with fixing your money issues. I know it can be frustrating since most correspondence is done by email. Also, I am not sure if you tried this but Full Tilt does have one phone number to call and it is to deal with cashier issues. So maybe they can help you.

Keep playing their games, if you are trying to get money withdrawn from there. They are an offshore (if your US) service, and you have no legal rights to the money. Just keep jumping through their hoops till you get the cashout.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

The first cashout from FullTilt is the hardest. You will have to provide them with proof of age and residence. I had to resubmit these things a few times before they were accepted. After that cashouts are painless with exception of requesting checks can take a long time. (I requested a check a month ago... still waiting.)

Hi Losched, it was money that was on my account. I do online banking too, and I send them my statement, passportcopy, taxpaper for my adress and so on. After two weeks and a few mails I was told they couldnt open my files. So I send them again...and again. I finally got them to refund, as you can read below.
Hello I'm not special, no, eventhough the bad beats are countless on Full Tilt I didnt loose the money, it was still on my account. No use in asking for money you lost is there?
Hi Marm, I'm from the Netherlands. I finally got my money back, after I send about 12 mails or so, first ones very friendly. My last mail told them I was so fed up with them and this would be the last mail in which I demanded them to refund my money or else I would take legal action...and guess what? Within half an hour (!) they replied...and within 3 days my money was deposited on my bankaccount. So it doesnt work to ask politely, as it seems. One thing is for sure, I am not going to play Full Tilt again, believe me!
Good luck Profnabeshin, hope you'll get your money soon!
As far as you are concerned Doubletke, it was money on my account dude. Don't know about you, but I wouldn't ask for money that wasn't mine in the first place, dude.
Anyway, thanks for your reactions, and good luck to all of you!

Full Tilt Poker is known to have the worst withdrawl system out of all the poker rooms.. I don't know why everybody is always surprised. Poker Stars has never let me down.

Sorry i couldnt disagree with you any more....
Poker stars and Fulltilt poker have the most simplistic and quickest deposit options than any other poker site going...
for one, you dont need tax forms, passport photos, billing adress statements, credit card bills etc like you would at typicaly... UB/PartyPoker/WilliamHill/Titan Poker...
Fulltilt for the first time takes 10days for the withdrawl process (FT to your Bank) and prior to this 2 days for processing (as it is your first withdrawl, they quickly check your account details to make sure everything is secure and 100% legit)
after this, (assuming your 2nd withdrawl) takes 3-15 days... which is basicly 4-5 days for me...
and pokerstars operates in the same motion... however pokerstars is usualy 2-3 days to withdrawl from...
only difference being pokerstars minimum withdrawl $100
and FT is $50...
all though $50 isnt worth taking out lol..
sorry to dissagree...Poker: Am I still gambling if I have the nuts?
