    Default Getting started

Does anyone here make a living playing online poker? If so...i've heard that the cashing out proccess can be difficult. I play on pokerstars and have read the cashout policy. It was confusing and i'm not sure I completely understand it. The way I understand it is that apparently you have to make a deposit 48 hours before you can cashout and the deposit matches the amount you will be cashing out. Is this correct? Any advice, tips or info on pokerstars cashout policy will be appreciated.

If you deposit you have to wait 48 hours or more before cashing out any amount over your initial deposit.

my experiences have been good from Pokerstars... i live in UK so i can cash out to my debit card directly through bank transfer...
anything over $100 for transfer to debit/credit card takes 2 days and its in your account...
i know checks take a long time to come, 2 weeks for delivery to UK (from USA) and then cashing them takes a following week...

other smaller sites (anything apart from FullTilt poker and Pokerstars) takes a long time, and very difficult processs...

just to add, full tilt takes 4 days for me... first one took 10 days as they had to confirm my account... =D $$$$

I'm sure both Pokerstars.com and Fulltiltpoker.com are the best poker rooms for the profit. And their withdraw limits are also bigger than others. So I recommend these sites for the serious poker career. Good Luck!
