Hi guys, currently playing a $69+6 MT SNG on FT, final table now and just went to steal blinds at 200/400 with Q3s.
i raised 4x and BB called all in with AQ, he lost very close to bubble as a 3 came down...
in the chat box, i wrote 'sorry was targeting BB shortstack'
he wrote back, dont worry NH, i play the same and sometimes it happens, GL and take it down'
he is clearly a proffesional due to the amount of tables, stakes hes playing etc...
do most proffesionals have this atitude??
, i said gr8 atitude to him.

Proffesional Atitude to beats

The real players know what you intended when you make certain moves, and if they would have made the same move, they shrug it off to variance. Pro's don't let bad beats affect them for long, they know in the long run they'll win out.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

all players should rep themselves this way imo...players that berate obv strategy moves are ridic...I knocked a guy out of a tourney the other day with q4 vs. a8 when he had 2bbs left and I was in the bb...same demeanor...is a pleasant change.

That's good to hear. I've run into a few people with that same attitude. Breath of fresh air. Although sometimes it is kind of hard to keep that attitude, once again, it'll help you in the long run if you do. All about the long run apparently lol
I've been getting better with tilt lately and as I go on I see my bankroll coming up (even after a bad night or two) and it's getting easier and easier to be able to deal with it. I'm not perfect, don't get me wrong. I play micros, but ya gotta start somewhere.Last edited by TaknYourChips; 12-30-2010 at 10:13 PM.
