Hi can anyone help and give me advice , My account was blocked in error by poker site in uk( littlewoods) just as i was starting a 400 dollar heads up. They emailed admitting there error and gave me 20 dollars as a good will gesture, i have sent repeated emails to them where they avoid or ignore anything to do with the 400 dollar game.
what rights do i have if they continue to ignore me, i have to add i am not loaded , i played that game on tilt after bad beats and the money is a lot to me. I checked when they unblocked account and the game i was blinded out on.

They then emailed saying that on review i could have played the game out to the end, the hand history is there and obvious to anyone that i couldnt finish game. here is my email.

The first hand started at 15:29:39 seconds i played 27 hands then at 15:35:39 seconds my account was blocked by you. There was then a further 76 hands where i was automatically folded as you had cut me off , you can check every one of the las 76 hands and see i didnt and couldnt play any of them. the game finished at 15:43:05 seconds 7minutes and 26 seconds after you had blocked my account.
I cant make this up as its all in the history for you to check, could you please take another look at this and get back to me, thank you.
