Well i been playing online for about 8yrs, first 3 was play money and freerolls. I won enough on freerolls to try some real cash games, really just to see the difference, plus I was only risking the sites money ultimately. Sure freerolls are bingo fests and take forever, but their is a stradegy to them. Play them enough and you will pick up on certain things. I would play wider range early on, if you get to middle stages, close that range and play tighter. When you get to the later stages , only play top hands, if you have sizeable chip count you can go after players on the the bubble, easy chips to take. Not saying this perfect or that I'm anygood, but worked for me and allowed me to learn the game. Always play your game , don't worry about other players, donks never last to long, and patience can earn you alot of chips from them. I just play consistent but try to mix it up constantly to keep em guessing. Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in , good luck out there!

I have no luck at all, i have used several beginner strategies, but i just cant go to positive, maybe i have to be more disciplined

The first thing that I would like to suggest you to play more on new sites where your chances of winning is high.

And the luck thing that you are talking about , will be there with you for a very short time if it is there but try to focus on your game.
