one of my family members was banned from FTP and now i can't make an account even though i have done nothing wrong. I share the same IP/computer ....

Is there anything i can do?

Believe me...they're doing you a favor.

Best option you have is jumping on a neighbors wireless connection. Or buying a laptop and going somewhere where there's free WiFi..
