Hey man, I know it can be tough winning at online poker. Especially currently when it seems like there are so many regulars playing on all of the tables. I have been playing on pokerstars for about 5 years or so and I do pretty well just playing lower level cash games. I came out with a list on my blog of common mistakes that even good players make when they are playing cash games. Hope it helps!

Some of you guys need to show more self control! Stay at your limit, play hands, move up when you are well rolled for the next level (20-25bi's).
Playing a higher stake than you are rolled for is a bad idea. You risk too much of your roll and variance can be nasty. Even if you're a winning player at your stake, you may not be at a higher stake.

Why don't you try easing up a little bit. Try freerols or some sites with a lot lousy players. This ought to boost up your confidence.

I would like to play game at safer side. My advice would be to play the play chip games before you start risking real money. Increasing bankroll is my motto.
