You're not doing your friend any favours by using the refer-a-friend program. Anyone not on Full Tilt should sign up via a rakeback deal. You won't get that with going direct.

But anyway, Full Tilt's support sucks. It's pathetic. Compare it with Stars, and there is no contest. The last two times I needed their support, Stars emailed me back in under 5 minutes.

I Had the Some What Of the Same Problem.

About 2 months ago I tried logging into my FT account and I received a pop-up asking me to email fulltilt security. And when I did it took about 3 days for them to respond but everyone knows that receiving a email response from FT in under a 24hr period is amazing lol.. Anyway when they got back to me they asked me to verify my account by sending over proof of Address, My state I.D. and also the C.C. that i use to deposit.

Well first let me start out by saying DO NOT EVER fax over your documents to any poker site no matter what site it is they will always tell you the same thing the picture is to dark not readable BLAH BLAH BLAH i went threw this with Bodog,PokerStars,Fulltilt and Doylesroom.

Always use a digital camera to take the pix and send them in a attached email and you will not have any issue's.

But back to the subject I sent over all required Documents that they asked me for after about 2days I receive an email stating everything besides the letter i used for proof of address was older than 6 months it was older than 6 months but only by seriously 3 days. So fine np, I then took another pic of my Internet bill that was only a week old i sent it over in a attached email again, well this time causes the whole letter was not shown it was unacceptable after the 3rd try i made sure that the entire letter that i used was shown they re-opened my account after about a week of B.S.

So about a Week Later I make a withdraw request i kept $300 in my account i had a bad session and lost about half my BR, well i went to make a deposit and as soon as I clicked the ''OK'' button I get booted off the site and when trying to login i get the same pop-up I was like WTF!

I emailed them and they realized they made a mistake and re-opened my account again. But in the Email they emailed me the reasons they required me to send over documents even though I have yet to ask for a withdraw they do random security check's making sure that nobody is sharing One account, No One is Multi-Accounting ect.

So the Fact that you had your Friend use your Comp. to make FT account of course that's a red flag and then when your friend refused or was unable to for any reason to send them over the required Documents unfortunately your account will stay frozen until you can convince your friend to send over the documents.

The best advise I can give to you and anyone else is if you are unsure of a rule email FT security and asked them if it is allowed or not.

For instance Last Month My cousin who also has a Fulltilt account asked if he can move in with me for a few month's now we are both full time poker player's he has never played online he plays Live But he did make a account for Fulltilt at his own house but never made a deposit so I sent an email to FT security letting them know that my cousin who also has a account on your site but has yet to make a deposit. So I asked them if it will be with in the rules for him to make his first deposit and play on his account but when he logs in you will fine that it will be the same I.P. address as mine I insured them that there will be no type of cheating whats so ever, I waited until they responded and they said that it will be fine and it has been with no issues. Now If I haven't emailed them asking permission who knows. So Always just send them a quick email.

How bout this one. Now this is completely just insane,

I was at friend's house i decided i wanted to play a a quick session on Bodog I logged-in using my own account of course played a $2/$4 PLO game well about a week later I went to log on Bodog this time at my own house I rarely played on Bodog but anyway They suspended my account, my friends account witch we both sent are documents over to them about a year before all this we both received several cashouts, But if that is not crazy enough any other accounts that live in the same city as we do also had there accounts frozen. This was a lil' over a year ago and they still refuse to re-open any of our accounts

They refuse to refund our money that we have in our accounts I know I have at least $800, my friend had about $300 and even though I do not know the other players that live in my city I believe there are 5 and one of them won the 500k or whatever the biggest Guarantee tournament they were running at that time and had over 30k in his account.

After week's of emails and phone calls there security team said that they have found enough evidence to Banned all accounts due to '' collusion ''

Hmmmmm really! Why because I used my friends Comp. to play on your site, well guess what not 2 days later we found out that Bodog had almost 100 Million Dollars and other assets frozen, So after reading about this article I sent them an email asking them if this situation has anything to do with having your Bank accounts frozen? Well til this day they have not responded to any of our email's, they replied to every other email up until I sent that email asking about that.

Now that is highly suspicious and uncalled for

Not only freezing my and my friends account but everyone else who lives in the same city as I do and it just so happens that one of the player's win the biggest tournament they were running at that time and I live In a big city so its not like I know everyone that lives in my city there is well over 750 thousand people living in my city.
Bodog probably did not have the funds to pay out the money so they came up with this ridiculous accusations.

I am flabber gastered on how many times you can get bad beats on full tilt
playing last night i raised 4 times the BB and got 1 caller flopped a set and pushed all in guy calls with absolutly nothing and catches runner runner for a straight this happens alot on full tilt starting to regret putting money into my account does this happen on other sites and i am aware that it does happen but this happend 3 times to me last night on the same table
