While there are a number of countries where it is near impossible to even play online poker, many European first-world countries (as well as any non-US first-world countries) are best because you can play more sites.

In the US, you can play on the Cereus Network (AbsolutePoker/UltimateBet), Cake Network (CakePoker, PlayersOnly, DoylesRoom, SportsbookPoker), Merge Network (Carbon Poker, Reefer Poker, PokerNordica, G2G Poker), PokerStars (independent room), BodogPoker (independent room) and Full Tilt Poker (independent as well).

However, If you are from outside of the US, you have many more options including large skins such as iPoker and Betfair.

    Good luck.

This is not true (despite their claims). It might have been the case pre UIGEA, but clearly there are more fish at FT and Stars since they have so many more players in general. Having said that, Party is still a fishy site.

There is a huge community of grinders living in Thailand at the moment (despite that gambling is illegal, a blind eye is turned to it).

It mostly stems from the cheap cost of living and lifestyle that one can live in such a welcoming place...internet is pretty good as well.
Well over $300,000 free every month in 2011 with freerolls, rake races, and rake chases!

www.RakeGuard.com has the highest rakeback percentages available.

    RakeGuard...more than just rakeback.

    Default I'd say the UK...

...been playing from here for 10 years on Pokerstars, 888, Ladbrokes, Victor Chandler, Party Poker, WPT and Purple Lounge - and never found any shortage of fish.

    We're an island nation.

    What can I tell ya?

    We like fishing...
