    Default He offered me $40

    Hi,

Yesterday a guy approached me online and said that he will pay me $40 to sign up with this online poker site and deposit $25 and play with it.

I was suspicious and asked if he would pay up front. He said he could.

I havent answered him. What should i do?

    thank you

If he's offering to pay upfront then theirs little financial risk to yourself. He may have some kind of deal with the site to get a cut of your rake or something so would be mutually beneficial. But if your that unsure just dont go ahead with it. Always follow your instincts, its what makes us poker players.

I expected something more sinister from this title, something about strangers in a public bathroom. How is he going to send you the $40 and what site does he want you to sign up at?

    just a heads up.

I was quite worried about this whole deal. I was pretty sure this is some sort of scam like why would he do that.

So i signed up with one and he paid ok and now i have signed up with like 6 others

    Thanks for all your advice

He sends you 25, you sign 40 into his site, he makes 15 dollars profit, does that 10 times and makes 150 dollars, does it a hundred times and makes 1500.

    Easy money.
