Final Table Situation

I had a hand in a tournament tonight where I had

and the flop came out

on the final table in a poker tournament tonight. I have roughly 150,000 chips and a guy, who had already raised before the flop, goes all in with 80,000 odd chips. I can't remember how much was in the pot already - maybe 30,000 or 40,000. I contemplated chasing a flush and calling but chose to fold as I know the odds of making a flush are only 33% and guess he has at least a pair of aces or queens. Do you guys think I should have called, and gone for it?

I didn't get to see what the last 2 cards were.

The only time this would make sense is if you were already pot committed and you actually had the pot odds for it. 80K to make 130 or 140K requires better than 33%. There shouldn't even be any wondering about this one

Insta lay down. You're risking way too much. Tournaments are about survival. You miss and you're weakened like a mother fucker.

I don't agree that tounrnements are about survival, but this isn't contemplating a 50-50, easy easy laydown.

Survival or not it's at least about expected value and it ain't happening here. If you were down to the final 2 and had a huge advantage in chips and were getting bored and there's no way this clown can come back anyway then maybe
